Scale AI is looking to hire a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations reporting directly to the Head of Operations Planning to build out a mission-critical RevOps team. This crucial team will partner closely with Operations, Finance, and GTM to support revenue growth while supporting the operational cadence to surface business insights. As the Head of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for leading quarterly / annual revenue forecasts, owning weekly reporting, and working cross-functionally to drive process improvements.
You will:
- Drive quarterly revenue forecast and target setting through close alignment with Operations, GTM, and Finance.
- Manage weekly consumption reporting, working across Finance and Operations to ensure visibility and update forecasts.
- Manage and continue to build out processes for accurately capturing data in our revenue management systems.
- Partner with Engineering and Analytics teams to build a roadmap for improvements to the revenue, billing, and forecasting processes.
- Build a high-performance team of RevOps professionals who can be trusted partners to other functions across Scale.
You Have:
- 6+ years of experience in Finance / Strategy / Operations at a high-growth technology company and/or experience in consulting or finance.
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft high quality communications.
- A strong orientation towards outcomes, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
- A proven ability to work and build relationships with a wide range of people, and influence without direct authority.
- Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to build and maintain forecasts and consumption models with complex, dynamic inputs.
Nice to haves:
- Experience working in RevOps for a high-growth technology company
- Experience with SQL
