About the role

As the Senior Product Analytics Manager at Jasper, you will be responsible for our product data and helping scale up product analytics. You will uncover critical insights that will shape our product roadmap and the future of our company. You will collaborate with various team leaders, such as those from Product Management, Design and Engineering, to expand our product data infrastructure. Additionally, you will build analytical frameworks and tools to help turn data into insightful product decisions.

Our target market is composed of creatives (writers, designers, content marketers) and content-forward companies.  

This role can be Remote or based at one of our US offices. We have offices in Austin, TX and Salt Lake City, UT with employees based across the US. We've built a strong foundation to support remote employees engagement with other teams. We have a mix of experience levels and backgrounds, and we’re building an environment that celebrates knowledge sharing, mentoring and career growth. 

What you will do at Jasper:

  • Contribute to the growth of our product data infrastructure and analytical tools, collaborating with Analytics, Data Engineering and Product Management.
  • Define and analyze product metrics and synthesize critical information to provide insight into product performance at team and executive level.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify areas where our product could improve customer conversion, retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
  • Work with product teams to understand the customers' needs relative to data insights.
  • Introduce analytics frameworks and testing structure throughout the product organization

What you will bring to Jasper:

  • 6+ years of experience in a highly analytical role and a minimum of 4+ years in a product manager role 
  • Hands-on experience with Amplitude is required
  • SaaS and/or Product Led Growth (PLG) experience
  • Comfortable writing advanced SQL
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and statistical evaluation of results
  • Basic python proficiency is preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency with Mode for data visualization is preferred, but not required
  • Experience in taking broad questions and turning them into structured analysis
  • The ability to take large, complicated data sets and turn them into stories with actionable insights
  • A desire to take charge and drive change in a fast-paced, ever-changing workplace
  • Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to define and iterate on the role
  • A self-starter who is excellent at prioritizing and completing projects with little to no supervision

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range at offer for this role is $160,000- $190,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies and certifications.
