Inflection - Technical Program Manager

Inflection is an AI-first company working to redefine human-computer interaction. We believe that recent advances in AI will soon give us the ability to share our thoughts and ideas with computers using the same natural, conversational language we use to communicate with people. 

This new era of interaction will also redefine the paradigms of growing user trust and securing user safety. The Safety team at Inflection is tasked with developing the strategy, processes, and technologies to achieve this transition. We are seeking an Operations lead who will play a key role in helping Inflection design and enforce our content policies. 

Responsibilities

• Run large scale data collection efforts.
• Recruit and train thousands of crowdworkers to perform data labeling tasks.
• Collaborate with Members of the Technical Staff, Product and Design teams to ensure their data collection needs are being met.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve processes so our data collection efforts are as efficient as possible.

Ideally you'll have

• An action oriented mindset where you can creatively solve problems with unparalleled focus on delivering impact.
• Industry experience in an operational role at a technology company, consulting firm, investment bank or equivalent.
• Experience planning and executing large scale and complex projects with tight timelines and frequently changing priorities.
• An undergraduate degree in an analytics focused subject (e.g., Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Engineering, Economics, Business)

Nice to have

• Experience collecting training data for machine learning algorithms.
• Experience writing/running SQL and/or Python
