We reserve the right to remove job postings with content that meet any of the below criteria or fail to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy: Are meant to scam users in potential phishing attempts; Involve an illegitimate work opportunity; Involve an exchange of money, or a request for confidential information during the hiring process; Attempt to describe or assign content in a misleading or unlawful manner to mislead users of the Website that you are another person or organization; or Contain material that is unlawful or which is offensive, abusive, indecent or pornographic. You understand and accept that you will not receive a refund of pre-paid fees, and to the extent that you have not paid the applicable fees, you will remain liable to pay the entire fees due for the job posting, as applicable, in the event that your job posting is in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy or meets any of the criteria above. A job posting that is in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy or meet any of the criteria above may be republished if action is taken to amend the posting so that it complies with our Terms within 24 hours of the initial flagging by us.
11. No Waiver
Failure or neglect by either party to exercise or enforce any right conferred shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any such right nor operate so as to bar that exercise or enforcement thereof or of any other right on any later occasion.
