Factored was conceived in Palo Alto, California by Andrew Ng and a team of highly experienced AI researchers, educators, and engineers to help address the significant shortage of qualified AI & Machine-Learning engineers globally. ​We know that exceptional technical aptitude, intelligence, communication skills, and passion are equally distributed around the world, and we are very committed to testing, vetting, and nurturing the most talented engineers for our program and on behalf of our clients. 

As a Program Lead, you will help design, implement and manage Factored’s talent operations to help drive and enable growth and achieve strategic, financial, and operational goals. The ideal candidate will need to be a master at wearing multiple hats, and relentless at execution, connecting dots, and making important decisions with limited information. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are a fast and pragmatic problem-solver, and are obsessed with designing processes and continuously improving their efficiency. #LI-Remote

You Will:

• Understand and improve our end-to-end talent processes to optimize and grow the supply side of our business.
• Implement & refine workflows and processes to maximize efficiency, and ensure they are employed and followed accordingly.
• Work behind the scenes to provide guidance, investigate, analyze and solve problems, mediate disputes, and proactively deal with issues before they require escalation. Clearly communicate results with various internal teams.
• Establish yourself as a trusted, general-purpose problem solver at Factored, capable of tackling any high-impact problem through a rigorous, analytical, creative problem-solving methodology.
• Deeply understand the drivers of the business, proactively identifying ways to improve performance, effectiveness, and efficiency. Stay abreast of industry issues and trends for software/Data/ML engineering talent solutions. 

What You Will Bring:

• Experience at a top consulting firm, or as an operational executioner in a hyper-growth startup setting. Tech experience is a big plus. Tech-services experience a major plus.
• High initiative, self-starting capabilities, with demonstrated ability to identify and seize opportunities for impact in messy, uncertain contexts without direction or oversight.
• Experience in conveying complex information and recommendations in a clear, logical, and understandable manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment; ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on whatever tasks necessary to get the job done.
• Natural and proven leadership skills that enable you to execute and make an impact by leading and managing other people who may or may not report to you.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
