We are looking for an experienced Executive Programs leader in the San Francisco area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Executive Programs at People.ai
  • Work hand-in-hand with executive leadership (GTM, R&D, G&A)
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives and projects
  • Help coordinate leadership offsites, events, and functions 
  • Serve as the executive communications point of contact for the Board and Investors
  • Facilitate and Board prep and follow-up

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with execs and leading projects
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to operate under pressure
  • Passion, integrity, empathy, creativity, humility, and grit
  • Proven record of consistently meeting and exceeding project and program expectations
  • Experience working with GTM, R&D, and G&A functions
  • Advanced knowledge of sales coaching, best practices, and sales methodology
  • SaaS experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
