Solutions Architects will partner with Anthropic’s initial commercial customers to deploy AI solutions that are safe and create immense value for users. In this role, you’ll build close relationships with customers and help implement our AI technology to meet their goals. You’ll be responsive to customer needs - from onboarding partners to our API, to helping them write more effective prompts, to exploring novel deployment ideas - and ultimately be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple high-stakes customer relationships.

Representative Projects

  • Propose and design solutions for addressing customer needs, including AI models, data flows, integration points, and infrastructure requirements.
  • Respond to customer questions about how Anthropic’s AI technologies could be applied to their needs. This could include communicating the capabilities and limitations of the technologies, proposing high-level solutions, estimating costs and timelines, and negotiating contracts.
  • Work with engineers to fine-tune models for specific customer use-cases. This includes collecting initial data from customers we can use to build better custom solutions.
  • Conduct research on the companies you’re working with to deeply understand their potential use-cases. Use your thorough grasp of our models to design systems and solutions to solve specific use-cases.

You may be a good fit for this role if you have:

  • Excellent communication skills and can explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A customer-centric mindset to understand customer problems and design solutions that deliver real value. This role is focused on building innovative solutions that meet customers' needs.
  • A collaborative approach to working closely with research and engineering teams and integrating customer feedback. The role involves jointly designing solutions and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and a passion for applying new technologies to solve real-world challenges.
  • Good product sense and ideas. You’ll be working to build practical solutions with partners on a daily basis. Along the way, we’ll want you to take your learnings and share them with the rest of the product and research teams to inform our long-term product roadmap.
  • An ability to quickly get up to speed on implementing a new technology; while the role does not require coding skills, it does require technology expertise and savvy.
