Things are changing quickly, technologies grow and evolve in multiple waves.

One of the ways to think about how technologies emerge is that stuff tends to begin small and slow. There is an early period where the technology isn't quite working and it doesn't look like it's going to be very useful or important.

But then, it reaches a point where the growth accelerates upwards. It moves from the period when it was kind of a crazy idea to a period of excitement and growth.

The Role

You are truly passionate about customers and how the future of AI generated media is going to create true value for the biggest companies in the world.

As the Vice President of Customer Success, you will lead and manage a team of Success Leaders, CSMs and Customer Support who are focused on delivering value realization for our Enterprise customers.

Reporting to the COO, this is a pivotal role that requires the ability to lead a team and work independently.

Who are you?

  • You’re a true owner and take 100% responsibility of the team’s and your own success.
  • You’re a passionate and authentic leader aligned with the Synthesia values.
  • You have direct PLG experience and seen and enabled true PLG play out at scale.
  • You have managed a book of +$30M ARR and a team of +25.
  • You are a product-first thinker and understands the interplay between product-led onboarding/success and human touch in PLG.
  • You have some technical skills; and confident in using tools and conceptually understand how information and data flows work in a PLG context.
  • You are analytical and data-driven thinker that can articulate the customers point of view to the rest of the organisation in a clear and concise manner.
  • You’re comfortable making strategic trade-offs, and have a history of successful decision-making. You can disagree but commit.
  • You’re a collaborator who works cross-departmentally to achieve outcomes for our customers.
